Leadership Teams - Is There a Difference?

Buk: I don't dismiss people that are coming in with ideas that may seem naive or a sort of out of left field, that can't be done byo. And for the young person, the last thing i'll say is n your place. So mat you would not have even dealt with me if i didn't deliver what i said i was going to deliver on time. Buk im a young guy, and most every leadership team i've ever been in, by by a good margin, by like, ten or 15 years. And that's just like wine. There should be more of me. But there's more sense to sel crateme.
