Lafayette Gutts, Saviour of the Revolution
When lafayette appeared before the legislative assembly on june 20 eighth, he discovered just how little influence he had left. He was greeted by cat calling and demands to know why exactly he had abandoned his post in the middle of a war. Lafayette reached out to his old comrades in the parisian national guard but they too told him to take a hike. After the insurrection of august tenth, it will be made very clear to lafayette that remaining in france would now be hazardous to health.
