Judge Jackson's Practices in Sentencing Were Well Within the Mainstream
Holly Jackson's explanations were underrepresented in the coverage this week. She was interrupted constantly and at a very hard time actually getting a complete answer out. One West Virginia senator did have an easy digestible answer for some of this. He said he was unmoved when asked if she was soft on crime or lenient on child pornography sentencing.
