The Seven Years War

France and England become the dueling hegemonic powers, neither of them having hegemony France dominating on the continent through the massive land army that blew the 14th creates. England is doing it on the sea with their fat vast Navy. Both of them are also though in conflict in the colonies. They split North America which is where the game is going to be decided. And when it ends England is ready to kick off the Industrial Revolution.
