Foraging Ethics - Rewilding

Re wilding is not going back to who we were, but coming home to who we are. It's going back to a relationship that we had that we lost. How can we minimize our disturbance and maxim is our regeneration of the things that we harvest? And also being able to observe and manage those populations collectively. Another one as used, what you harvest. A lot of people get excited when they get foraging. They don't realize how much time and energy it was going to take to process those plants.
