The Wisdom of Solomon, Chapter 13. The Foolishness of Idolatry
Judas assembled his army and went to the city of Adulan. He found sacred tokens of the idols of Jaminia, which the law forbids Jews to wear. So they all blessed the ways of the Lord who reveals the things that are hidden. They turned it to prayer, begging that the sin which had been committed might be wholly blotted out.
