Flordicano Rum, Very Nice Rum

Flordicana is actually their distillery, and where they grow much of their sugar cane is at the base of a volcano. So you get volcanic soil that is fertilized by the ashes constantly expelled by the volcano. You get volcanic water, which is enriched by minerals infiltrated into underground reservoirs. The high volcanic temperature contributes the evaporation rate of the rum. And you get a much more intense interaction between the barrel and the rum.
