The Costmi Gravitational Background

I have never even heard this term before. I'm assuming it has something to do with thea gravitational field of the entire cosmos. So really, all zoom backgrounds are clasmic gravitational background i wonder if astronomers even thought to look on zoom to find the c g b. Maybeits ang everything. All right. Technically that is true. It's an option on zet your background to the cosmic gravitational background. Right?
