The Relationship Between Benefit and PDL1 Expression in the Pearls Trial

On the pearls trial the benefit was not related to PDL1 expression that was such a surprise because in every other setting with pemporalism having monotherapy you see a correlation. We have analyzed those data to see if there were some imbalance we didn't find it what is true is that we saw on this very trial that those spaces treated on the placebo arm among the highest pressures they were overperforming as what was expected.
