Only about 15 % of companies that set out to change their culture will say that they've succeeded. That's what really intrigued my research team and n intrigued me to start down this this path of looking at that 15%. Is there a blueprint, if you will, that organizations could follow in order to positively affect the culture over all? And sure enough, we did find a number of commonalities and a pretty a defined blueprint that we felt organizations could benefit from.
