Self Defense - How Do You Define It?

Self defense is anything that we do to protect ourselves, and that is verbal as well as physical skills. Changing how we perceive our own boundaries is a huge part of self defense. When we can learn how to set boundaries, we feel more comfortable speaking up for ourselves. And jack, i don't know the last time i heel pomped someone in the face, i think its niver. Instead say, i need you to leave me alone, or leave me alone.
