Is There a Counterforce to the Union Dark Shadow?

Marshall: I've become sort of enamored with revealing, within myself and other people their unian shadow. And i'm wondering if one of the things that the 100 coaches supplies is a taps into an unfettered generosity that doesn't have an enda. So it's a way of nurturing the giving part of you, which we all want to be the best version of ourself. The other thing i think that i'm big on is forgiveness. It's getting people to forgive themselves.
