Leadership Styles That Are Dying Out?

There are definitely some styles of leadership, generally, that are on their way out. I think the key to it is having discernment as a leader and enough tools in your leadership tool box. We really have fallen into the trap of making it a personality driven, or, even in the church world, especially a gift driven style of sheri. Most of our leadership teams are missing diversity of giftedness.
