Lulu hushimoto was a project created by japanese fashion designer hitomi kamaki the idea is that lulu is half person half doll. The company they were working with to produce the masks nucopon there was a person in the company who was stalking and sexually harassing the models so they terminated the project because of it. Lulu has her own fictional background story she's kind of like a little mikaela if i'm gonna be honestlike you know she does exist in like life form because models are literally wearing her but in terms of like being an influencer she's made up right?
