South Carolina's Restrictive Abortion Laws Take a Big Step Backwards
A federal judge in north carolina has reinstated a law that bans abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Just over state lines, the state supreme court temporarily blocked a near total abortion band which would make it illegal for patients to terminate a pregnancy after the six week mark. Representative spencer wetmore is fighting back against these restrictive laws and says they are putting patient's health at risk.
