Is the State a Force of Class Domination?

The state is not an independent force outside of politics and class struggle, right? The state is a force of class domination itself. And i think really insisting on this view of the state and refusing to compromise with it is very important as a corrective against liberal anti pacism. So we need it to push back there. But we also need to wrestle with the extent to which an anti liberal state, which does not actually overturn the dictatorship of capital, is also not a problem to liberalism,.
