The Evolution of Cooked Food

Researchers are looking at the genes of humans and apes which may hold some of the answers. The cooking hypothesis says that the whole human genus have been adapted to eating their food cooked compared to the great apes. If it was earlier say one or two million years ago then cooking could have been a powerful evolutionary force shaping us into modern humans we've become.
