The European Community - A Collaborative Approach to Defensive Strategy
Support for Putin's war in Ukraine has dropped to about 25% now from around 6% in July. Francis Ternley: This is the argument for a defensive model within Europe where every nation approaches their defence strategy independently or be it working cooperatively. True believers don't really believe in multiple voices chiming in on the strategy. They want to speak with one voice and I'm highly skeptical of this approach for reasons that should be obvious, he says.
