The Importance of Discipline

When I first got saved, at 28 years old having been a complete underachiever in school and instead of spending my 20s reading, I spent my 20s playing guitar. And the Lord brought me to this verse in James. It says, if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God who gives generously to all without reproach and it will be given him. Our witness is dependent upon our discernment. We need to be aware. The Spirit can't bring to remembrance sayings of Jesus that we haven't first read and hidden in our hearts.
