Sister pink worked for a gang that was very powerful in Chinatown at the time made up of people largely from Fujian Province where she was from. She hired Akke to start offloading her ships it's this interesting moment where she had already been on the wrong side of the law but at this point she goes into business with a really dangerous customer.
