Is a Coffee Hour Enough?
Jason Johnson: You have to become comfortable with not having direct knowledge of all the things that are happening. Or even who the people are. And so at a minimum, I think things like a coffee hour or like a standing sort of semi social gathering really matter. But then as you grow bigger, process starts to matter even more. So like creating actual moments where you're giving people opportunities to share input and ideas explicitly in ways that scale becomes even more important.
