What Makes a Good Manager?

i will be asking you every episode until the end of ois. I won a ship it before august is over, and for it just to be done. i think that i didn't realize how much of being a manager is about helping people reach their own solutions,. rather than having the solutions for them. Whereas now, i feel like i'm noticing that more em ass a manager, in what iam intentionally tring to do with my team, but also in how i interact with my manager too.
