LinkedIn's Internal Workings

Do you have any insight as to the internal workings of what goes on in these big companies? Because we're getting pitched probably dozens of times per day by, you know, mass outreach. And everyone's a little bit numb to it. What actually goes on in the company, does the SEO person say to say the editor, hey, we want to give out a link out and they're like, well, why would we give a link out to this? So really, we try to keep it so it doesn't have to pass through a lot of hands.
