The US and the EU's Concerns With the Regulations

The AI act is supposed to come into force in 2025. I think that if initially, like if you view their argument, they might have a point but I also think that the EU's concerns are like we need to effectively to prevent harm and we have already seen how AI has been misused. So I think that good stance is better to act now before it's too late.
