How to Correct Your Knee Extensors
I like to demonstrate visually so that they can learn from it. I track the bar and the hip and the shoulder, torso angle. One exercise doesn't work for another lifter. When it comes to the glutes, they're so finicky. It's like this cue will work for one lifter to help them engage them better. This one, it won't. Everyone is just so different. But it just comes down to addressing the good things and let the rest evolve. The first challenge was that the answer wasn't just to yell hips at people which we know is the universal power lift cue on anything except benchlifting.
