Apple released new colors this year. Smart home devices are starting increase in popularity, as far as working with home kit. But the speaker is not, is not avolving. There were some men who didn't like Apple's latest products.
The latest In Touch With iOS with Dave he is joined by returning guests Patrice Brend’Amour and Jeff Gamet. We review many of the items released in 2021 including AirTag which was a new product, iPhone 13, iPad Pro with M1 processor and more. We discussed whether Apple could replace the lightning connector with USB-C on the iPhone or go wireless. HomePod Mini released more colors. TVTime app for tracking TV shows you watch and more.

HomePod Mini they still need to expand the need for more support with the smart home. they did add colors. What about maybe a HomePod Max bring a big one back?
AitTag was introduced this year and they have room for improvement. Security concerns with rogue tags being placed in cars and other places. Could they start integrating them into devices down the road? We give thoughts on how they are working so far.
iPhone 13 was a great upgrade? We discussed was there really anything special with this year?
iPad Pro 2021 was there a big upgrade from previous models? The M1 processor was the big addition but not a big upgrade.

Apple Watch Series 7 added a slightly larger display and battery life but was it worth the upgrade? Dave did give in with a gift card and trade in value.

Crazy item released this year is the Polishing Cloth. They give it away with a $5k monitor but not a MacBook Pro and others?
