The Different Types of Focus
The quality and the precision that you can sometimes find in a flow state it's quite addicting to get there. I think this is very interesting and something that I guess I've commented a couple of times and even how to chance to talk to 6.5. When you enter that flow state time can stand still time just goes away at least in my experience it just it disappears. The two different states here that kind of the playful and joying when somebody is going down skiing and just having the sense of full effortlessness is a different kind of phenomenon than the one where you know sustained focus and where time just disappears.
