Is There a Global Tax on X or Y?

i think covid helped to drive this, because all of a sudden, ye these people will meet in switzerland, and they'll talk about they want to have a global tax on x or y. And it never comes to pass, and nothing really comes of it. But it's still pretty sinister, these people getting together, planning what they'd like to do to us. There's suddenly all this attention paid to i think that was driven because of covet. Now that covet's past, there's some tooth paste that's out the tube that's never going back in.
