It might be easier to say I'm not eating sugar like if you do whole 30 the whole 30 way of eating which is quite challenging. Once the debate starts that decision fatigue sets in and it's kind of a foregone conclusion. We can greatly benefit by choosing one or two streaks that are meaningful that we know will compound as well over time so with things like meditating and working out and doing your creative work those streaks compound.
