Dextrose and Asthma

Dextrose has a reverse osmotic pull and water pools into the stomach. Once it eventually finally gets to the small intestine, boom, it shoots across. So what we do is we use about a 20% of the carbohydrates come from just plain dextrose. That raises the, raises the asthma layer just enough that you get like, you get that rush into the small intestine,. You get all the benefits of that but just short of getting dumping syndrome.
