I knew that financial crisis was just around the corner because i knew that it would get started in the housing market. I'm right on this and early. But here's the problem, because it took us so long to finally get to this point where the fete is in this position, it's now in a far more vulnerable position than it would have been in had we got there sooner. The bond market hasn't crashed yet, but it's going to. In fact, those markets are going to crash in an even more spectacular fashion as they're crashing from a much higher plateau. And the ultimate rise in the price of gold and silver is going to be even more spectacular.
