Hypovolemia Induced Orthostatic Hypotension and Syncope
The patient was having a very early GI bleed so much that the blood hasn't exited his GI tract. And he declared himself much more overtly later with multiple rounds of hematochisia and actually also had melanoma. But you know what happened to me? I was like, man, 105 episodes in, I'm so grateful for the case repertoire that we built. Because my first thought reflex was remember that cerebellar case.
