How to Write a Story in Eight Hours Versus 50 Chapters

I read the book years ago and then i saw the movie. I really enjoyed both e but i wasn't the ride i thought i was on right i was on a different ride. And at first it was a little jarring, because you read the book and that's the thing in your head. You have to make a lot of hard decisions s in order to get that story told in eight hours versus 50 chapters.
