The Unregulated Industry of Assistive Human Reproduction

Norman Barwin used his own sperm to impregnate women in secret. He was disciplined by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, but he didn't show up at that hearing. There is currently a class action lawsuit against Dr. Barwin; if it goes through, he might wind up in court. But there doesn't seem to be any chance of him actually facing serious criminal penalties for his actions.
