Creativity is so nebulous, and we don't always think that we have access to it. Not all of us are going to be writing music at ryan tedter's level or doing creative things at nick crol's level. One of the most amazing things that i've seen among a lot of great actors has been imprave - building on someone else's idea. It's essentially a growth mind set. There're some professions where you can't get better what you do like professional sports. Labron james will not be a better baskaball player when he's 55 than when he was 25 because of physical limitations. But at 55, he'll be a much wiser business
