The Challenges of Board Composition

Pete Harrison says he wants to see more diversity on his board. He was struck by half a business cal study that actually showed how little representation there is from the world of technology. And i think our regulars have to realize there's difference between challenging for the sake of challenging, and actually constructive should be the word.
