The Importance of Image in Marketing and Consulting
Joseph Paris: I really like to image up the pool and marketing instead of the push. And vice versa, if like I always tell clients that consulting is a relationship business still. So your marketing should maximize relationships for the firm, right, and not trans not transactions. If you prioritize those measurements too much, you sort of financialize the entire effort That's what you want. You want to bring in more people who might then become clients or whatever else.
