The Question of Solo Scriptura

Gavin: I wouldn't say Augustine is just generally on the Protestant side of Scripture in every way. But on the specific question of solo scriptura, where do you locate infallibility with respect to the rule for the church? Trent: It's kind of a moot point because individual fathers can be wrong on certain doctrines. The Church has a lot of authority, but it's not infallible.
