Taking Advantage of Loss Harvesting

Bob Greene: When we have these large drawdowns like what we're seeing this year, it makes a lot of sense to capitalize on them. But you got to be a financial meet. You have to recognize that these opportunities don't happen all the time. We never know when markets are going to recover. It's not uncommon to have those fits where things seem like they're getting better. That's why you might do this multiple times in a year because you start look at a bottom and then create work for yourself over the long term.
