Is There a Consolidated Tape Association in Europe?

In the us, obasically, what we have is am in a market. And everybody can see the entirety of the market at any time. In europe, am, we don't have that. We have multiple am exchanges, plus a lot of off exchange trading going on am. So it is impossible to see all of the information about the market before you want to trade. Unless you have extraordinary hundreds of millions of of ah uras to am collate all this data, it's impossible to see it. Never happen.
