A class or an instructor assessment is essentially what it says it is. You as the manager owner of the business attend a class and you notice or look for certain criteria. The reason why it affected member experience is because if you have a whole host of different instructors at different levels, all teaching the same class, that class message gets completely changed from instructor to instructor.
