The higher the, obviously, ABV goes, the texture boost up pretty quickly after the 4 or 5% range. And I think that's really where it comes from. Especially for you where, you know, 12 beers on draft right now are all 5% or less. You can get more of a sweetness, a lingering mouth texture, a gooeyness. But underneath all that, they want a nice, clean, easily consumable product.
