Primary entities are those entities that get exposed to things like your google home or or the amazon eco devices. Configuration enterty is something like an oscillate switch or a night mode toggle which will show up if you're connected to these lape adress. Diagnostic entety might be like, you know, this is what you have remaining on a filter or something like that.
