Qualcomm's Next Target: Hox

Hox makes a hostile bid for Qualcomm. They didn't like Broadcom, the original Broadcom. So there's a lot of bad blood here. And at first, Qualcomm doesn't quite know how to respond. A few months in, they announced they were going to buy an XP that they're going to bulk up and make themselves unaffordable for Broadcom.
