The Importance of Academics in Policy Setting

I'm just skeptical that any academic, like full-time academic is going to be like, I believe in people who would do practice. So my general view is like people who are in their respective field are doing the best work. And because they are sort of government funded, government subsidized, they just ever moved to sort of all forms of kind of accountability or like, you know, market accountability. No, let me separate those points. I actually think mostly Harvard has, there's no real influence. The moment you start taking money from federal government, then I have an opinion because I pay taxes.
