Is There Something Is Needed to Make This a More Inviting Space for Women?

I think there's two things I'm hearing very strongly in that one is how development always works. So as development occurs what you want to do is discover the relationship between different aspects of yourself. We need to be able to experientially do both of the moves that we associate with young or masculine feminine right. If you want to play that game, you actually can just come forward much more than you think you can.
