What Is the Importance of Communication With the Players?

I just can't believe it's still a topic. I mean, Josie Marini is probably lived in England long enough to qualify for citizenship. It feels like the game is so homogenised that you get kind of tactical variety and different sort of coaching ideologies but at the same time, what really matters is just communication. The imperative is just being able to communicate with the players, not necessarily being from a place.
