The Circularity of Mental Illness

I wonder if there's a circularity lurking in the way that you just said, everybody shares these moral intuitions. Would you be defining cases of mental illness there by their disagreement with the moral principles? And then we say, well, some people disagree with that, but they're mentally ill. I feel like fundamentally most humans have the shared agreement on things. In order to diverge from this at a fundamental level, you're almost not human in the waythat you view things.
