The Importance of Telling the Story

Economy is an agenda in the church, but it's still individual choice because you can't coerce people. I think if you just tell these stories, the economic issues will very soon be on the table as there are almost no stories in the Bible that do not touch on economics. So hard work, but we've been a long time getting the mess we're in so there's no quick way out. Basically, I think we are involved in the conversion of our common imagination and the powers of this age want to keep us brutalized by ideology. If we are not subverted, we're going to die.
