How to Do Hill Repeats

Hill repeats are the easiest way to add speed. They're going to be forced into better running form because we're slightly leaning uphill. So always kind of start with that and then even if we're adding in some plios, it might start really simple like toe taps. And then progressing from there, I love doing things by effort.
